- Fees are charged on a daily basis - e.g. 1 night's stay charged as 2 days
- ALL dogs must have their YEARLY Vaccinations upto date on entry. [Certificate to be produced.]
- We cannot be held responsible for illness, death nor loss, from illness or any other cause.
- ANY EXISTING/PREVIOUS/RE-OCCURRING ILLNESS/COMPLAINT IS NOT COVERED BY OUR INSURANCE
- That a Veterinary Surgeon be called if necessary, whilst boarding with us. The Hotel’s Insurance will cover up to our liability any excess over and above that amount will be paid by the owner of the Pet[s].
- Pet’s are ONLY accepted and released DURING BUSINESS HOURS - AS ABOVE.
- All dog’s must be wearing their own collar with name tag. LEADS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ACCESSORIES WHAT-SO-EVER. E.g. blankets/baskets. ANY LEFT MAY NOT BE RETURNED. TOYS ARE HAZARDOUS & NOT ACCEPTED
- Advanced bookings £20.00 deposit per Pet - CHARGED TO CREDIT CARD BELOW. Any deposit paid is NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE
- Settlement of all charges are payable ON ARRIVAL - any moneys paid are NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE
- This contract remains in force for ALL/ANY future bookings.
- I have no objection to these details being held on computer for the Hotels’ mailing/accounting system.
- Our Kennel INSURANCE is included in the boarding price.
- 14. INSURANCE IS PAYABLE FOR DOGS ONLY - NO OTHER PETS / THEREFORE NO COVERAGE
- If INTRAC is not given-kennels cannot be held responsible for Kennel Cough.
- I agree to board my Pet[s] at the Vardalu Pet Hotel, on the understanding that the Vardalu Pet Hotel owners and their staff accept no responsibility what-so-ever. I further agree that if the Pet[s] is[are] not collected within fourteen days of the date on which it[they] is[are] due to leave the Hotel and no communication is received from me by the Vardalu Pet Hotel Owner’s in writing, my authority is hereby given to sell or otherwise dispose of the Pet[s] at the Hotel Owner’s discretion.
- Pet’s only released to person named/signed below unless release to line completed.
- Surcharges made be made e.g. Inner London Charging /Fuel Surcharge/V.A.T.
